Posted on March 16th, 2017

Have you ever made the trip out to Whitefish Point in Michigan’s Eastern Upper Peninsula? It’s home to the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum and the Whitefish Point Light Station, Michigan’s oldest active Lighthouse. The museum is preserving some of the most harrowing stories of Michigan’s maritime history and that treacherous body of water known as Lake Superior. You can visit this amazing destination when it reopens to the public May 1. Here’s a sneak peek at an upcoming episode of Destination Michigan all about the UP’s Shipwreck Coast. #WCMU #DestinationMichigan
