EDMUND FITZGERALD MEMORIAL CEREMONY
TO BE HELD AT SHIPWRECK MUSEUM, WHITEFISH POINT
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2017 at 7:00 pm

The public is cordially invited to attend the Great Lakes Shipwreck Historical Society’s annual Edmund Fitzgerald memorial ceremony that will be held at the Shipwreck Museum at Whitefish Point, 7:00 pm, Friday, November 10, 2017.

The Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum main gallery will be open from noon to 4:00 pm, with admission by donation. The museum store and video theater will be the only other campus buildings open.

The bell of the Edmund Fitzgerald is rung just once each year, on November 10, in remembrance of the 29 men that perished when the ship sank just 17 miles northwest of Whitefish Point.
