Special Program at the Shipwreck Museum-this Friday, July 26 6:30pm

Join the Great Lakes Shipwreck Historical Society for a special viewing of the Emmy Award winning video documentary, Stand Up for Great Lakes-Lake Superior Crossing. Corey Adkins, TV 9&10 Director of Photojournalism, will host this special viewing of his documentary, and will tell of the challenges and excitement surrounding the epic paddle-board crossing of Lake Superior last July…which took place under extremely unusual conditions on the big lake. The program will begin at 6:30pm sharp, in the restored USCG Motor Lifeboat House on the Shipwreck Museum campus at Whitefish Point. The Great Lakes Shipwreck Historical Society is a private, 501 [c]3, non-profit, featuring historic sites at Whitefish Point, Sault Sainte Marie (MI) and an ongoing marine operations program.
